BINSFELD ANNOUNCEMENT: COVID-19

As you are aware, COVID-19 is having a significant impact on individuals and businesses across the globe. At Binsfeld, we felt the initial impact through our international sales agents and customers in China, and have watched it quickly spread to our partners across the world. Recently, the effects of the virus have impacted the United States, with local and federal governments starting to implement measures in an effort to reduce the rapid spread of COVID-19.

On March 23, the State of Michigan issued a “Stay At Home Order” for all non-essential employees effective through mid-April, which has immediate implications at Binsfeld. All non-essential employees at Binsfeld Engineering will be working from home, which includes our sales and technical support team. The best way to get in touch with us immediately is through email: sales@binsfeld.com. We will do our best to respond to inquiries as soon as possible, and no longer than 1 business day from receipt. Binsfeld is also currently evaluating the impact on production and we are doing everything we can to minimize shipment delays.
